• Learn to fly the drone with stable control, both at low and higher speeds • Practice manoeuvring around obstacles and in confined spaces • Learn to orient yourself using the FPV feed and maintain control as flight angle and speed change • Be able to adapt to different environmental factors, such as wind, space size, or obstacle layout • Learn to make decisions mid-flight, react to unexpected situations, and maintain stable control • Be able to analyse your flights, identify mistakes, and correct them consistently

Course description

The FPV drone piloting module is a hands-on learning stage where the basics you've gained are applied to flights under different conditions. The goal of this module is to build a stable control foundation and confident ability to fly a drone both indoors and outdoors.

Learning happens in stages. It starts with flights in an enclosed space, where a controlled environment lets you safely build precision, manoeuvrability, and reaction time. Obstacles are used to train orientation and the ability to control the drone precisely in confined spaces.

Later you move to outdoor conditions, where additional factors come into play – larger spaces, changing wind, and more complex flight scenarios. At this stage you build the ability to adapt to the environment, maintain stable control, and make decisions mid-flight.

Strong emphasis is placed on safe piloting, situational awareness, and steady skill progress. Working in small groups means each participant gets individual attention, allowing control skills to develop effectively.
