What you'll learn in this course

• Understand an FPV drone's structure, main components, and their functions • Be able to explain how components interact and affect flight • Start building control skills in a simulated environment (reaction, coordination, control) • Learn to recognize common mistakes and understand their causes • Learn the principles of safe drone use and the main legal requirements

Course description

The FPV drone anatomy module is an introductory learning stage that builds a basic understanding of how a drone works and its control logic. The module's goal is to give participants a systematic understanding of the drone's structure, the function of its components, and how they interact.

During training, the main FPV drone components are analysed – motors, batteries, flight controllers, video transmission systems, and radio links. Attention is given not only to their individual functions but to how the whole system works, possible faults, and their causes. Flight physics basics are also covered, helping you understand how a drone's stability, response, and control come together.

The hands-on part takes place in a simulated environment ("Liftoff"), where basic control skills are built. Participants develop coordination and reaction, and learn control principles in a safe environment that allows learning without technical risk.

Learning path

1.

FPV drone anatomy

You'll understand drone systems, components, and how they work.

2.

Drone assembly and configuration

You'll build a professional 7-inch FPV drone with your own hands.

3.

Practical flights

You'll train in real flights in the hangar and outdoors

A1/A3
